Salary: $105,000 – $115,000 per year + Bonuses
About the Opportunity:
Our Client is excited to be opening a brand-new childcare centre in Millner, NT, and are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead this new facility. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing a welcoming, high-quality environment that supports the growth and development of children and builds strong relationships with families and the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the centre in delivering outstanding early childhood education and care programs.
- Build and nurture relationships with children, families, and the community.
- Ensure the centre complies with all relevant regulations and safety standards, including the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a dedicated team of educators and staff.
- Oversee the centre's operations, including managing budgets, enrolments, and resources.
- Introduce and implement innovative educational programs that promote children's development and learning.
About You:
We’re seeking a Centre Manager with a strong background in early childhood education leadership. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a positive, inclusive environment while ensuring exceptional educational outcomes for children.
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification).
- Extensive experience in a leadership position within early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to foster a supportive, team-oriented work culture.
- Proven experience in managing and developing staff.
